General Terms and Conditions

Contracting Parties

Hereafter, the manufacturer SC FIDUSIA FRUIT SRL, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J30/538/18.04.2019, VAT no. RO39325695, with headquarters at Cean Village no. 162, Sauca Commune, Satu Mare County, postal code 447282, is referred to as the Supplier, and any company or individual entering into a contractual relationship with the Supplier is referred to as the Client.

General Conditions

Any contract based on the supply of products featured on this website shall be subject to these terms. All orders placed by Clients are governed by these conditions. In the absence of a separate written sales agreement, the Client’s written order together with these terms shall constitute a valid contract.

Prices

All prices displayed on this website are expressed in Lei and include VAT.

Delivery and Payment

Payment: Payment is made upon delivery of the order.

Delivery:

  • For orders of at least 300 Lei, delivery within the Satu Mare municipality is free of charge, carried out directly by the Supplier.
  • For orders outside the Satu Mare municipality, delivery is made via courier, and shipping costs are borne by the Client.
  • For international orders, please contact us by phone or email at info@sanatatedefidusia.ro to mutually agree on payment and delivery methods.

Other Clauses

Using this website implies the Client’s acceptance of the use of personal data entered in the registration form, as well as any data collected during commercial transactions conducted through this website. For more details, please see the “Privacy Policy” section. Modifying orders or refusing the receipt of products already ordered, shipped, or prepared for delivery is not accepted.

Return Policy

The Client has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days without providing any reason and without incurring other costs besides the initial delivery fee. According to Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, the return period expires 14 days from the date the Client physically receives the product. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after the returned products are received and verified to be in their original condition. Refunds are made via bank transfer to the Client’s account. Returned products must be in the same condition as received: sealed (with intact packaging). Products that have been used, unsealed, or tested cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Returns must include the original packaging, intact labels, and all accompanying documents. In case of damaged products, the Client must notify the Supplier in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods, stating the reason for return. Products returned without prior written notice will not be accepted and must be fully paid by the Client. In the case of returns, the Consumer bears only the direct shipping costs, while the Supplier covers the return costs.

Transport Damage

Any loss or damage to products during transport must be reported to the Supplier within one day from delivery. In the absence of such notification, the products are considered delivered and received in good condition.

Force Majeure

The Supplier is not liable to the Client for non-delivery or delayed delivery of products due to circumstances beyond its control, such as, but not limited to: crisis, strikes, riots, natural disasters, fires, thefts, wars, or embargoes.

Disputes

All commercial relations based on the supply of products featured on this website are governed by Romanian law, and any resulting disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
