Delivery and General Return Conditions
Product Shipping
- Product Shipping: Delivery is carried out via courier or postal service within Romania, or personally within the city of Satu Mare by the producers, for orders of at least 300 Lei.
- Shipping Cost: The standard shipping cost is covered by the Client. Delivery is free only under the conditions mentioned above (Satu Mare, over 300 Lei).
- Confirmation: For each order, the producer (SC FIDUSIA FRUIT SRL) will contact the client to confirm details regarding the order, stock, and delivery method.
General Return Conditions
- Right of Return: The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring costs other than the initial delivery fee. According to Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, the return period expires 14 days from the date the Buyer physically receives the product.
- Refund: The value of returned products will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after the products are received and verified to be in their original condition.
- Payment Method: Refunds are made via bank transfer to the customer’s account.
- Acceptance Conditions: Returned products must be in the same condition as received: sealed.
- Return Refusal: Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, unsealed, or tested, for hygiene and health protection reasons.
- Packaging: Returns must be made in the original packaging, with intact labels and all accompanying documents.
- Return Costs: The consumer bears only the direct costs related to the initial delivery, while the Supplier (Producer) covers the return shipping costs.
Mandatory Notifications
- Damaged Products: In case of damaged products, the Client must inform the Supplier in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods, stating the intention and reason for return (email: info@sanatatedefidusia.ro).
- Return Without Notice: Products returned without prior written notice to the Supplier will not be accepted and must be fully paid by the Client.
Transport Damage
Any loss or damage to products during transport must be reported to the Supplier within one day from delivery. In the absence of such notification, the products are considered delivered and received in good condition.
