Payment and Delivery Methods
Payment is made upon delivery of the order.
Payment Options
- Cash Payment (Cash on Delivery): Payment is made when the products are delivered personally by the producers (within Satu Mare) or in case of cash-on-delivery via courier or postal service.
- If you choose delivery by courier or post with cash on delivery, you will receive a receipt from the courier, and the invoice with the purchased products will be included in the package.
Delivery
- For orders of at least 300 Lei, delivery within the city of Satu Mare is free of charge, made directly by the suppliers.
- For orders outside Satu Mare, delivery is made via express courier or postal service, with shipping costs covered by the Client.
International Orders
For international orders, please contact us by phone or email at info@sanatatedefidusia.ro to mutually agree on payment and delivery options.
OTHER CLAUSES
Modifications to orders or refusal to receive products already ordered, shipped, or prepared for delivery will not be accepted.
